I am Kenny Barrow. I run Enigma Group LLC in New Bern, North Carolina. I built this system for my own company first because I could not find one that handled the follow-up without a person watching it. It runs on my own numbers today.
StackLayer is that system, installed for contractors, one trade at a time.

No. The system runs on the phone number and calendar you already use.
Most do. StackLayer sits in front of the phone and the inbox and handles the first response and the follow-up. Where it makes sense, booked jobs flow into what you already run.
The first text goes out under your company name. When a conversation needs a person, it gets handed to one. Emergencies, pricing questions, and anything unusual go to your office, not to an automated reply.
You get a monthly report: how many opportunities were at risk, how many were re-engaged, how many became appointments, and the value of the ones that closed, with the method stated. We separate jobs we clearly recovered from jobs we assisted with, and we do not add them together into one number.
Not yet. The install is the product. A self-serve version is planned, and when it exists it will be on this page.
